#aloo #spiceweek5 #pepper #cookpadindia I love clear soup and this kind of vegetable soups. Generally I don't like adding cornflour thicken soup 😣😀. So I always love adding potato to vegetable soup to work as a thickner and give body to the soup and at the same time make the soup delicious 😋 The freshly crushed peppercorns too add aroma and taste to the soup. It's a must for me in soups ! We had it with Toasted Garlic Bread, Homemade sausage and Fruit & lettuce Kuchumber Salad

Potato

6-7 pieces

Button Mushroom

1 Tsp

Veg oil

1 tbsp

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pressure cook the Broccoli, potato, mushroom along with salt and enough water. Once done, blend it with a stick blender or any blender you have. Reheat it and add cream, cheese & pepper and mix well. Check salt, add if needed and consistency, it should neither be too thin nor too thick. In a pan heat oil and butter, add garlic, chili, Broccoli and parsley saute for few minutes and add it to the soup. This tempering enhances the taste of the soup more. Serve it with soup stick, garlic bread, etc.

* Step 2

Note: Cool it down completely or till you can handle it before you blend in the mixer jar, with Stick blender you can do it while it's still hot/ warm but be careful not to splash it.
