Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add besan, sooji, Dahi, salt, turmeric, garam masala, pickle masala, baking soda in a bowl then add water and form a batter let it rest for half and hour.
Add all the chopped ginger, chilli, onion, tomato, green coriander and mix.
* Step 2
Heat a pan add about 1 -2 tbsp veg oil and pour the batter into the pan till it reaches the desired size. Cover and cook on low flame.once it solidifies flip/turn on the other side and cook till it becomes golden brown and the pancake is fully cooked.
Serve with chutney, raita anything you like.here I had with my homemade chilli oil dip.
