Sour Minced Meat Stew
I tried to make this sour to compliment my matoke. It worked!
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the minced beef alone until all the water dries out and it starts to sizzle.
* Step 2
Add all the vegetable ingredients and suet for a bit. If the beef is lean you can add some oil.
* Step 3
Add the spices and keep sauteeing. If it starts to stick you can deglace with the sour milk.
* Step 4
Add the rest of the sour milk. Season with salt and if too sour, add some sugar.
* Step 5
Serve with mashed matoke.
