So I'm getting ready to do my plain omelette and suddenly I'm like, wait, I love cabbage. I must have cabbage this morning. And that is how the omelette blanket a la grace was born. #themechallenge.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Throw the eggs in the pan and spread them around like you were doing a regular plain omelette.

* Step 2

Put the cabbage and cut up pieces of Gouda on one half of the uncooked side of the omelette.

* Step 3

Fold the omelette in half, enclosing the filling.

* Step 4

Cook until ready.

* Step 5

Enjoy the best egg dish ever.
