CHAPATI UPMA πŸ˜‹

#BRF #chapati A delicious and simple morning breakfast/ snacks that can be made using fresh chapati / leftover chapati

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Break the chappati into small pieces, heat a nonstick pan with oil. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle, add cumin seeds and sautΓ© until they change their colour. Add garlic, green chillies and sautΓ© well, add onion, mix well and sautΓ© till it goes translucent.

* Step 2

Add tomatoes and sautΓ© until they go soft and pulpy, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and sautΓ© well....

* Step 3

Add yogurt, mix well and sautΓ© for 2 minutes. Add chappati pieces and toss well.

* Step 4

Add salt and mix well, add remove from heat..

* Step 5

Serve hot, garnish with coriander, sesame seeds...
