Ingredient

1/2 inch

ginger

1/4 tsp

black salt

1/2 tsp

chaat masala

1 tbsp

lemon

1 tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate ginger in a bowl. Add black salt, chaat masala, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.

* Step 2

Deseed and chop red Washington Apple and green Washington Apple. Add to ginger mixture along with lemon juice and honey and mix well.

* Step 3

Finely chop mint leaves, add to apple mixture along with ΒΌ tsp roasted cumin powder and mix well.

* Step 4

Put the apple chaat into individual pattal bowls, sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and sesame seeds and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
