Filled with the goodness of wonder greens like Spinach, Kale, Chard, paired with Apple, ginger , raw turmeric root, and topped with the goodness of cucumber , lemon and coconut water, it's a super food smoothie. It's ingredients are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibre too. Credits and thanks to my very close and special friend who is passionate about creating exciting and very healthy smoothies which are yummylicious and ideal for weight watchers too! Enjoy!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt to taste and keep covered in refrigerator for 10 minutes. This will help to release all the juices.

Then blend everything in a mixer/ blender jar to a fine paste like consistency using coconut water.

Add more coconut water and blend again till smooth and of pouring consistency.

Refrigerate for a few minutes if you like or serve at just normal temperature and enjoy this nutritious and super tasty breakfast smoothie!
