Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bhindi and cut in two pieces and remove it's seeds.
* Step 2
In a bowl mix all the mentioned ingredients.
* Step 3
Mix it with little water. Keep aside for few mins.
* Step 4
In a Kadhai heat oil and then fry the bhindi till brown.
* Step 5
Garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala.
