Ingredient

2-3 people

Cooking time :

15-20 minutes
200 gms

rice

1 spoon

jeera

1-2 spoon

red chilli

1/2 spoon

garam masala

1-2 cup

peas oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take coriander leaves and all the dry masala, add water and grind it.

* Step 2

Heat the oil and roast this paste.

* Step 3

To this add brinjal, onion, peas and potatoes.

* Step 4

Add water and cook for 5 mins.

* Step 5

Take boiled rice and add to these veggies.

* Step 6

Cook for few mins and serve it hot.
