Vegetable Manchurian with Spicy Sauce

Vegetable Manchurian with Spicy Sauce

cabbage

corn starch

as per requirement

1-2 tbsp

chilli sauce

2-4 tbsp

soy sauce

2 tbsp

vinegar

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil for frying in a pan.

* Step 2

Grate all of the vegetables.

* Step 3

Place them in the bowl and mix along with other ingredients until a ball is formed. Add flour to bind them together.

* Step 4

Make round shape balls the mixture and flatten them slightly before adding to the hot

* Step 5

Fry till they are golden-brown on both sides. Once done keep them aside.

* Step 6

Now to make the sauce, put another pan with oil in it.

* Step 7

Add the garlic and stir-fry and then add onion.

* Step 8

Saute for a minute, then add all the sauces one by one.

* Step 9

Mix together quickly and then add four cups of water to the wok. Bring to a boil and add salt.

* Step 10

Mix the cornstarch with 4 tbsp water and add a little until the sauce thickens. Cook for another 2-4 mins.

* Step 11

Mix the balls In the sauce and serve with noodles of fried rice.
