Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take oil in a pan and add cumin once hot. Then add ginger-garlic paste, onions, carrot, peas and all the spices. Add boiled rice and mix properly. Then put boiled potatoes to the mixture.

* Step 2

Make sure to mash the potatoes with the other ingredients. Keep this mixture in the fridge.

* Step 3

In a bowl, make a slurry of all-purpose flour and cornflour. Make tikki with the vegetable mixture. Dip it in the above slurry and then wrap it in bread crumbs.Then fry it.

* Step 4

Now slit the bread or burger bun into two. Appy either tomato sauce or schezwan sauce and mayonnaise. Then keep the tikki, and the other vegetables like tomato, onion and cabbage.

* Step 5

Top it with a cheese slice. And then use butter to warm it on a pan for 2 minutes. Close the burger with a tooth pick and serve it with tomato sauce.
