Ingredient

1 cup

Suji

1 teaspoon

Chopped tomato

1 teaspoon

chopped beetroot

1 teaspoon

chopped carrot

1 teaspoon

chana dal

1 teaspoon

urad dal

1/2 teaspoon

of mustard seeds

1 teaspoon

of chopped Ginger

Handful

Kadi patta

5 teaspoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first add oil into kadai, gradually add chana dal, urad dal, cashews and mustard seeds. Allow it to crackle add kadipatta green chillies, ginger and onion.

* Step 2

Gradually add all vegetables including tomato fry all these things together. Add two cups of water and little more and required amount of salt. When it starts boiling add sooji keep steering and immediately put off the gas.

* Step 3

Cover the lid after 2 minutes mix all these things together serve with chutney.
