Cranberry Sauce Cake

Ingredient

1 cup

sugar

1 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

orange juice

3 tbsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grease 9x13 1/2 inch tube pan with nonstick cooking spray. Reserve 1/4 cup cranberry sauce for frosting.

* Step 2

In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, & salt. Add remaining cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, & grated orange rind, mix well. Stir in orange juice.

* Step 3

Pour into prepared pan. Bake un 350 degree oven for 75 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool for 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Turn cake out onto cake plate. Cool completely.

* Step 5

To make frosting: combine butter, powdered sugar, & reserved cranberry sauce. Beat until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
