No yeast no oven pizza
Whole wheat easy pizza dough!! One large size pizza (i made half cheese margarita and half chilli chicken and peppers for kids and grown ups both) both oven and stove top instructions given below.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt and sugar(if using) and soda and give it a mix
* Step 2
Add in the honey(if using) and olive oil and mix till forms a crumbly texture
* Step 4
Add in the curd and mix together
* Step 5
Form a soft dough using warm water and roughly kneading it
* Step 6
Rest the dough for at least 30 mins
* Step 7
Knead again till it forms a smooth dough by slightly oiling hands
* Step 8
Spread the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it with hands till it's half an inch in size
* Step 9
Make indents with a fork all over
For oven
Put it in greased pan bake for 10 mins @180c
* Step 10
Spread the pizza sauce on the whole base
Spread schezwan sauce to half of the base
* Step 11
Add chicken/ paneer to the whole pizza evenly
Add veggies on the spicy half of the base and then mozarella and cheese of you your choice on the whole pizza spread evenly

Bake @200c for 15 mins or till the cheese is all melted and golden
* Step 13
For pan
Saute the veggies and paneer in some oil in a pan for 2 minutes and set aside
Place the rolled dough on a non stick pan and cook on medium flame on both sides for 15 mins/till golden on the surface
Spread pizza sauce and schezwan sauce(on half) of the base
Spread the cooked veggies and paneer/chicken evenly
Spread mozarella & cheese of your choice evenly on top
Cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame till cheese is all melted
