Pasta is everyone's favourite...
Having pasta with lots of vegetables is a very tasty option for everyone...specially for fussy kids, vegetables in pasta is inviting...
To make it more alluring, beetroot can be added. Beets not only give a beautiful colour,they also enhance the nutritional value. Cheese adds an extra deliciousness!!
So sometimes try out this PINK PASTA recipe...

Ingredient
Food ration :
2-3 persons
Cooking time :
30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok heat oil. Saute garlic. Then add chopped onion. Saute till brownish.
Next add all the chopped vegetables, fresh green chillies and tomato.
* Step 2
Add salt as required. Mix and cook till veggies are cooked yet crunchy. Next add the boiled pasta. Mix.
* Step 3
Next add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, pasta sauce and black pepper powder. Mix and well.
Let it be on slow flame for sometime.
Beetroot gives a beautiful pink colour...
Switch the flame off... It's ready!!
Before serving grate cheese generously..
