I learned this recipe with chef Paola again and love it. 🥹

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Set aside a small diameter frying pan. Cut ½ banana into thin slices. Reserve. In a bowl, place the flour, rolled oats and 1 pinch of salt.

* Step 2

Break the eggs separately, one by one (so you don't lose them all if one is spoiled), and transfer to the bowl.

* Step 3

Beat everything lightly with a whisk, add the yogurt, mashed banana, vanilla and beat again.

* Step 4

Heat the frying pan over high heat and add the butter. When the butter melts, add it to the dough in the bowl. Leave a little melted butter in the pan to cook the pancake so it doesn't stick

* Step 5

Transfer the dough to the hot frying pan, lower the heat, cover and let it cook for approximately 1 and a half minutes. When it is almost cooked, flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for another thirty seconds on the other side.

* Step 6

Transfer the pancake to a plate and you can serve it with some peanut butter, natural yogurt, banana slices, honey, crushed nuts, chia, fruits or pumpkin seeds. Enjoy! 😋🥞
