Cheats Sticky Hoisin Meatballs
This is one of my go to super quick family meals. I always have some pre-made meatballs in the freezer so I can whip up a quick meal. My son loves these sticky hoisin meatballs piled up on some steamed rice. Give them a go if you want a super fast dinner ready in under 1/2 hour.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the vegetable oil to a heavy based frying pan. Once hot add in your meatballs. Brown on all sides. Season with a pinch of white pepper.
* Step 2
Next add in the ginger & garlic plus the whites of the spring onions. Toss everything together in the pan. Now add the water, honey, light soy sauce and hoisin sauce. It'll bubble away and reduce down a bit. Remove from the heat and sprinkle over a few sesame seeds and 2/3rds of the greens of the spring onions.
* Step 3
Serve the meatballs up over rice the garnish with more sesame seeds, the remaining spring onions, some chilli plus a tiny drizzle of sesame oil. Enjoy!
