Baked Chocolate Orange Granola & Oat Bars
I often make these chocolatey cakey treats for my son (19 months old). He absolutely adores them, and they don't last long! These can be kept on the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen in batches for later use.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and preheat oven to 180 (fan). In a large mixing bowl add the oats, granola, cocoa powder and baking powder. Stir to combine well.
* Step 2
Next add in the raisins and stir again to distribute. Crack in the egg and add the orange essence oil, plus the orange zest then mix a little then add the milk in one third at a time, mixing until a thick batter is created.
* Step 3
Spoon into the lined baking tray and using a silocone spatula smooth out up to the edges so it's nice and even. Bake for around 8 minutes then leave to cool for a few mins on a wire rack, still upon the non-stick parchment paper.
* Step 4
Once cooled gently peel from the paper and eat and enjoy. Delicious warm or cold! :)
