Easy Creamy Pesto Penne With Asparagus & Broccoli 🥦
This lovely vibrant pasta dish is packed full of greens and makes a perfect summer days lunch. I often make this when I'm cooking for my young son too, as he adores this dish. Here I've used penne, but it works really well with other pasta too such as fusilli.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Begin to cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
* Step 2
Halfway through cooking the pasta add the broccoli in with the pasta to cook. Begin to heat the oil in a heavy based frying pan. Once hot add in the asparagus and fry for about 3 mins.
* Step 3
Drain off the cooked pasta/broccoli reserving a little of the pasta water.
Add it into the pan with the asparagus. Give it a good toss up. Season well with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.
* Step 4
Add in the pesto first, stir to coat the penne. Lastly add in the yogurt. Stir again until creamy and delicious. Serve up with a grating of parmesan cheese and enjoy! :)
