Smoked Ham & Beetroot Wraps
These wraps are so fresh and delicious with an interesting variety of flavours and texture. Plus two wraps comes in at around 423kcals. Perfect for a simple and yet tasty lunch!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Lay out each wrap and first place on the baby spinach leaves, dividing between both wraps equally. Next lay over the sliced beetroot and yellow peppers.
* Step 2
Spoon over the cottage cheese neatly in a line over the veg. Season with cracked black pepper.
* Step 3
Lastly add the smoked ham slices. To eat simply wrap the bottom end in followed by each of the sides and enjoy!
