Sooji rava or semolina ladoo is a traditional sweet. This is a popular ladoo prepared almost in every household for all the festivals. Sooji ladoo is a simple and easy recipe but still exotic. Sooji ladoo is made with roasted semolina (sooji), coconut, ghee, sugar nuts and raisins.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan and fry the nuts and raisins for about a minute.
* Step 2
Remove the browned coconut from the pan with a slotted spoon and add it to the nuts and raisins.
Add the remaining 2 tsp of ghee into the pan and fry the semolina on a very low heat for about 5-6 minutes until light brown.
* Step 3
Add the cooked semolina to the nuts and raisins together. when the mixture is little warm add the sugar and Mix well.
