Lal Chaulai (Koshla) Saag/ Red Amaranthus

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, wash and chop the stems and leaves of Koshla Saag.
* Step 2
In a kadhai boil soaked moong daal for a minute. Add chopped soft stems and pumpkins. Allow to cook till tender.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes and saag and cook on high flame till water evaporatesd. Set aside.
* Step 4
To temper boiled Saag and veggies, heat 2 Tsp mustard oil, add and allow to splutter 1/2 Tsp mustard seeds.
