As we all know sawa millet /barnyard millet.
It's highly nutritious, gluten free, and good to eat in fasting.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Subzi, chop the green papaya, potato and tomato. Set aside. In a pressure cooker heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf.
* Step 2
After the splutter of cumin add chopped tomatoes and rock salt. When tomatoes soften, add chopped raw papaya and potatoes.
* Step 3
Mix well the veggie and then add coconut powder. Mix well with the veggie. Add a cup of water.
* Step 4
Pressure cook for one whistle. Allow to cool the cooker naturally. Now add and mix well the dry roast cumin seeds powder. The curry/Subzi is ready.
* Step 5
To make Poori, take the barnyard millet flour in a bowl and mix ghee to moin. Add warm water to make the dough. Rest the dough for 10 minutes
* Step 6
Make balls out of the dough. Make poori with a greased roll pin and fry both sides in hot oil. You can make poori using palm also.(see the video)
* Step 7
Papaya subzi, cucumber and serve.
