Mint (Pudina) Rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make the pudina masala, grind the ingredients mentioned above and keep them aside.

* Step 2

Wash and soak basmati rice for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Heat ghee and olive oil. Add cumin seeds and other whole garam masala and saute till aromatic.

Mix ground pudina masala and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

* Step 5

Transfer this pudina masala with water and salt to a rece cooker. Add soaked rice and chopped veggies also.

Cover the lid of the rice cooker and cook till done.
