Guacamole Veg Burger
If people love Guacamole dip (made with avocado), they certainly love the Mexican Guacamole burgers guacamole dip, mixed veg patties, lettuce leaves and cheese. It's very delicious and healthy and my family and friends enjoy a lot, when I prepare for them.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To cook veggies for patties, heat oil in a pan, fry onion and garlic till rawness is gone. Mix and cook the chopped veggies with seasoning and dry masala.
* Step 2
Mix the cooked veggies with mashed potatoes and make patties. Shallow fry the patties.
* Step 3
Mix together the guacamole ingredients in a bowl.
* Step 4
Slice half each bun.Toast the buns for about 3 minutes with melted butter on each side, or until they are cooked as desired.
* Step 5
To put together the sandwiches, place down the bottom half of each bun with layer of guacamole, then lettuce leaf and on it the patties.
* Step 6
Now, spread tomato sauce on the patties followed by cheese and then add the top of the bun. Serve immediately
