Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a wok. Add all whole spices and allow to crackle.

* Step 2

Add the poppy seeds, onion masala paste with 1Tbsp water and cook on low flame.

* Step 3

Mix chopped tomatoes, green chilli and rest dry masala including salt and turmeric powder.

* Step 4

Add boiled chana chopped mint leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes with masala. Add the boiled water of chole to make gravy. Boil, covered to get required consistency.

* Step 6

Garnish with coriander, green chilli,onion and lemon slices.
