Kasundi Capsicum
Kasundi is mustard sauces, can be made at home and/or readily available in the market. I cooked chopped capsicum and boiled potatoes with Onion , Tomato and Kasundi. The taste is amazing. Do try and let me know.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a microwavable glass bowl take chopped Capsicums, boiled Potatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook in microwave oven for five minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in kadhai. Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Mix chopped chili and onion. Fry till translucent.
* Step 3
Mix chopped tomatoes and cook till softer. Now add Kasundi and boiled capsicum and potatoes.
* Step 4
Mix well, cove and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. The delicious Kasundi Capsicum is ready to serve.
*I didn't add chopped coriander to keep the flavour of Kasundi, intact.
