Black Beans with Vinegar-Butter, Poached Onion
This is the way my Mom would cook them. My Dad loves them this way!! This is for my Dad, he sure was happy after eating these. Usually we serve it over rice.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the beans, melt the butter and add the onion, pepper, and bay leaves. Sauté till onions are translucent. Then mix in the spices then the beans.
* Step 3
For the beans, melt the butter, add the oil and vinegar. Add the bay leaves, simmer 3 minutes and stir in the onions. Serve these over the beans. I hope you enjoy!!!
