Soya nuggets fried rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the soya nuggets in warm water for 20 minutes. Squize the water and keep aside. Chop the veggies.
* Step 2
Heat 1 tsp butter on a pan and fry the nuggets of soyabean, for 3 minutes on low medium flame. Then add the cooked rice and sauté for a minute. Transfer cooked soya and rice to a plate.
* Step 3
To the same cooking pan add and heat rest butter and fry chopped onion till translucent. Then add ginger -garlic paste and saute till rawness is gone. Fry the chopped veggie with salt as required.
* Step 4
Add schezwan sauce and 2 tbsp water. Mix well and next add fried rice and soy nugget mixture. Mix well and cook for a half a minute on low flame.
* Step 5
Switch off the flame and mix lemo juice. Adjust salt if required as sauce also has salt.
* Step 6
Enjoy the easy and delicious veg biryani with soya nuggets with curd or as you like.
