Chena Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all the ingredients of chena balls preparation in a mixing bowl.
* Step 2
Heat oil and deep fry them to golden brown in low to medium flame. Keep aside the fried chena.
* Step 3
In a kadhai heat oil+ghee. Splutter cumin seeds. Add onion and sauté till golden brown.
* Step 4
Mix all the rest dry ingredients, chopped potato chunks and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook till water evaporate.
* Step 5
Add 2 cups of water to the potato masala and bring to boil. Mix the prepared chena balls and simmer for 1 minute.
Delicious Chena Curry is ready to serve with Rice,roti, parantha and poori.
