Chilli Chicken Chilli Mayonnaise Frankie/Egg Rolls 🌯

Well, I don’t think that I’ve much to talk about this one

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For the Dough: Add in a mixing bowl- All the aforesaid ingredients for the same & knead it to a supple & pliable dough as that of any other normal parathas or Puri we do knead- Cover it & let it rest for about 20-30 mins time at least

* Step 2

Next, once the given time period is over: Uncover & knead the dough well enough for another a minute or so & then divide them into slightly bigger sizes than your normal Paratha that we usually do prepare on any usual days- Keep your Chilli Chicken fillings ready for it once it’s rolled out & fried with the beaten egg, immediately to be filled into it & rolled out as the Frankie/Rolls

* Step 3

FYI: I’ve used my same Chilli Chicken that’s prepared the other day & this one I prepared for the next day Lunch/Brunch item- Hence, I’m not reiterating on its Recipe Card & ingredients used in it any further- Instead, I’m attaching the very link to the same for you to have a fair idea on it before proceeding for this particular one ☝️

* Step 4

Now, roll our each one ☝️ of the dough-lets & fry them one by one as like any other normal Paratha we’re used to doing normally & once done- Set aside for the next steps to be coated with the fried eggs 👇🏻

* Step 5

Now, heat up a frying pan over the medium flame & add in some butter/cooking oil to it & smear it all along the pan nicely- Pour in one egg, well beaten with some salt & pepper powder & pour into it- Rotate the pan with your one hand so that the egg batter spreads evenly all over the pan well

* Step 6

While it’s half cooked at one side place the prepared or pre cooked one Paratha on its top & press it with your fingers very gently (refer to the pics given) & allow it to cook on the slow flame ie. medium/low & flip onto the other once done with one side & transfer it to a separate plate/dish & repeat the very same process for rest all the pieces (as many numbers) you want to prepare- Once all are done, place them onto a flat surface/kitchen platform/plate/dish/chopping board, etc.

* Step 7

Fill each one of them one by one- with our wore cooked/prepared chilli chicken gravy (if your gravy’s more then, dry it out a little bit)- Mine was absolutely perfect for the filling purpose- Apply the mayonnaise to it & on top of it place our chilli chicken fillings- Roll it out carefully on the butter paper- As is usually done in our street-side local shops for the same to give it an authentic look

* Step 8

Transfer them to the serving platters/plates/dishes…Garnish your own way….& Time to chillax & ENJOY
