Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First Up: In a small bowl- Add in the instant coffee powder with the measured hot water and mix well & allow it to cool down completely, put a cover on it for the coffee flavours to remain infused in the liquid itself

* Step 2

Next, add in a large mixing bowl: All the aforementioned dry ingredients first, mix well (ensure that the dry ingredients are all well sieved before the mix)- Then, add into it the RT/melted butter- Give it all a very good mix altogether

* Step 3

In goes the egg yolk & coffee essence- Give it all a really good mix first with the help of a silicone spatula- Then, using your clean hands- knead it well like a firm dough- Once that’s done: Divide the dough into your desired sizes (for me it’d yielded 20 similar pieces)- If you choose to make even smaller sizes then, it’d yield you another 4-5 pieces more out of the measurements I’ve shared herein

Now, give them the shapes& looks of the Coffee Beans-Time to place all of them in the lined Baking Tray, post that & put it inside the preheated oven @160C to bake for about 20-30 mins time max. For me it took me, exactly 22 mins time- As it’s varies with different oven temperature settings

Post the given time: Turning off the oven, let it sit inside the hot oven for another 10 mins time before taking the tray out & placing the freshly baked out Cookies on the cooling rack, to cool down completely before serving it with piping hot tea or coffee of your choice or for your anytime binges
