Vegan Avocado Paratha

The most nutritious & healthy yet amazingly delectable way to have the avocado wrapped up in our ALL-TIME favourites- PARATHAS

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large mixing bowl: Add in all the ingredients aforesaid required to prepare the Avocado Dough- Use water diligently and gradually as much as is required- Ideally, in this water isn’t required at all- I didn’t have to use a single drop- Depending on the size & quantity & quality of your Avocados if you require to use just a little bit of it- Please be very cautious with it else, the dough will turn out absolutely sticky & adding on more flour to it would ruin its taste completely

Knead it well to a semi-soft dough (need be firm)- Once kneaded well, cover it up & set aside for about 15-20 mins time before dividing it to the dough-lets & rolling each one out to the Parathas- Post the given time, uncovering it- knead it well once again for another one mins time & now, divide them into your desired sized dough-lets (The Parathas need be rolled out semi-thin, neither too thin not too thick)

Out of the measured quantity given aforesaid it’ll yield you about 6-7 Parathas, ideally it does yield exactly 6- if all the dough-lets are of equal sizes- It had yielded me one extra piece because, I’ve intentionally made 3 dough-lets of a bit smaller sized than the rest, hence

Now, roll each one of them out accordingly as mentioned earlier into semi-thin & about a diameter of roughly, 6” big- max. Don’t make it too big for sure 👍🏻 Heat up a frying pan/tawa over the medium flame & fry each one of them alike all other Parathas are fried- The procedure is absolutely the same & there’s no change in the traditional way of frying our usual Parathas 👇🏻

Once that’s done Initially, transfer them into a casserole if not consumed immediately so as to remain hot wrapped up in the Roti/Chapati Towel, inside the Casserole- If you’re eating it immediately then, serve it piping hot itself accompanied by your own choicest condiments

Transfer them to the serving platters or directly to the serving plates/dishes along with your favourite condiments whichever it is… Garnish it, your own way- I relished it in my Monday Brunch tdy, with my leftover Egg Curry from yday night’s…
