Mango Custard with Tutti-Frutti
An absolute delicacy to be felt in the mouth & refreshment in the heart
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the milk & once it’s boiled- keep on stirring it for sometime lowering the flame, at least for about 8-10 mins time- Goes in the measured sugar in it...Mix well until it’s completely dissolved in the milk & well absorbed
* Step 2
Wash, Clean & Cut mangoes to be puréed & then to transform it into the very AamRas by adding some sugar to it & no water at all- Set aside for later use...
* Step 3
Transforming it into the AamRas is very important to increase its shelf life & to be had later with anything we feel like 👍🏻
* Step 4
In a small bowl: Add in the measured milk with the custard powder & mix well, without any lumps at all in it
* Step 5
Meanwhile, we’re still constantly stirring the milk on the low heat & now is the good time to add in the prepared AamRas to it- Giving it all a nice mix until it thickens a bit & then, mix the custard milk mixture in it- (don’t forget to stir it well once again before mixing with the milk in the saucepan
* Step 6
Whisk everything, well together until nicely combined- Flame to be on the low-medium itself- The milk starts thickening after sometime
* Step 7
Keep on stirring it continuously to avoid burning at the bottom of the pan & becoming lumpy...
* Step 8
Good time to add in the tutti-frutti or even the finely chopped mangoes to it now- So as to have the bite of the same while relishing it post setting
* Step 9
Transfer it to a separate large/medium bowl: Tap it a few times to release the trapped air inside it- if any, at all...Refrigerate it
* Step 10
Post refrigeration: Dish out, garnish it as per your taste & serve it chilled in the serving platters & simply close your eyes & E-N-J-O-Y 🤤 💁🏻♀️😋
