Peri Peri Sauce
This kinda sauce is deeply flavourful & is based on actually the African peri-peri sauce, that’s authentically made with the Bird’s eye chillies, garlic & lemon juice, but in India- We simply don’t wait to procure the bird’s eye chillies (that’s available in the north east hilly regions mostly & in the south in Kerala & from herein, it’s channelised across the country) but make it without that with whatever kinda spicy red chillies, we’ve got with us handy & even that’s definitely tongue burning spicy !!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a Blender Jar Add in all the aforementioned ingredients & pulse it initially for a few times
* Step 2
Scour it with a spoon from the body of the jar well enough & then, finally grind it to a smooth thin paste.
* Step 3
