Chai loaf cake - vegan
Fragrant chai spiced cake.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a loaf tin.
* Step 2
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
* Step 3
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
* Step 4
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. Add the vinegar and mix really well.
* Step 5
Spoon the mix into the tin. Sprinkle with a little coconut sugar. Bake for 50-55 mins- until a skewer comes out clean. You may need to cover the top to stop it from burning.
