Granola - can be vegan
Inspired by the Ashura recipe from Honey & Co.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C. And line two baking trays.
* Step 2
Combine oil, sugar and honey and bring to boil, stirring.
* Step 3
Put everything else in a bowl.
* Step 4
Add the oil mix to the bowl. Stir gently a few times to make sure everything’s coated.
* Step 5
Spread the mix onto the lined baking trays.
* Step 6
Bake for about 10 mins. Then check and move the mix so everything is evenly cooked. Bake for another 5 or so mins.
* Step 7
Leave to cool. Break off chunks and store in an airtight container. Enjoy 😋
