Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Subse phele rice ko wash kar k soak kar dein.
* Step 2
Ab ek pot me oil dal k pyaz ko golden kar lein aur phir lehsan ko dal k bhon lein.
* Step 3
Aloo ko finger cut kar lein carrots ko b apni marzi ki shape me cut kar lein.
* Step 4
Ab tematar aur sub veggies ko dal k sath hi zeera,saboot garam masala aur spices add kar k bhon lein.
* Step 5
Pani add karen salt add kar k mix karen aur cover kar k 20 min cook hone dein.
* Step 6
Phir soak kiye hue rice add karen aur pani dry hone tak cook kar lein dum lagate hue dhaniya aur podina add karen.aur mazedar se rice ki mix kar k raita salad k sath serve karen.
