Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Subse phele dough ke ingre se dough bana ke 2 hours rise hone rakh dein jab take double na hojaye.

Phir chotay size ke pairay bana lein aur baking dish me set hone rakh dein for 15 mins.

Ab oven ko 10 min 180 pe preheat karen aur buns pe milk brush karen aur till ya kalonji sprinkle kar ke 180 pe 15/20 min bake kar lein.

Oven se nikal ke thori dair cover kar dein buns soft rahenge.

Ab chicken ko chopper me dal ke qeema kar lein aur baki ke ingre add kar ke patty ki shape dein lein.

Corn flour me cot karen then egg aur phir crumbs me is stage pe ap inko freeze b kar sakte hain.

Ab oil ko medium flame pe garam karen aur patties ko fry kar lein ache se.

Buns ko center se cut karen aur apni fav sauces aur veggies ki filling ke sath burger ready karen aur enjoy karen.
