* Step 1
Chawal ko dho ke 1 hour soak kar lein.phir pani ko boil karen r chawal dal ke ful boil kar lein.koi kanni nahi chorni full boil hone chahiye.
* Step 2
Sub veggies ko ache se dice shape me cut kar lein lehsan ko chopped kar lein r adrak ko jullien cut kar lein.
* Step 3
Ab pot me oil add karen r lehsan r adrak ko golden kar lein.matar ko boil kar lein 10 mins.phir gajar dal ke stir fry karen shimla mirch r matar add karen r sath hi sauces add kar ke 5 min stir fry karen.flame taiz ho.veggies ko over cook na karen.

Salt r black pepper add karen r boiled rice add kar ke ache se mix karen spring onion add karen r shashlik ke sath serve karen.
