* Step 1

Subse phele sari green sabzi ko ache se dho ke cut kar lein.ab ek pateeli me thora pani dalien r sari cut ki hui sabzi ko 15 min boil kar lein.jab pani kam hojaye to ghotne se ache se ghota lagayen.

Ab ek alag pateeli me oil dalien sliced pyaz ko golden karen.masalay ke ingre ko mota pees lein r oil me dal ke khob ache se bhonai karen.phir ghotay hue saag ko shamil karen.1 glass namkeen lasi shamil karen r zara sa pani mazeed add kar ke cook hone dein ache se har thori baad ghota chalate rahen.

Jab saag thick hone lage to makai ka atta shamil kar ke 15 min mazeed cook karen r tarka ready kar ke tarka lagayen.
