My mom's delicious recipe

red wine

3 tablespoons

olive oil

1/2 teaspoon

salt or to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the meat slices with all the other ingredients at least for an hour, preferably more

* Step 2

Place in an oven tray or pyrex and cook in the oven on medium heat. Make sure to mix when it starts to boil. Wait until the meat is well-cooked and your dish will be ready!
