Sweet-Tangy Suji Dhokla (Without Tempering)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix curd and Semolina in a bowl. Add water if required. Mix it to semi thick batter and keep a side for 1 hr.
* Step 2
After an hr. Semolina will puffed and get super texture. If the batter is dry add water and make it ribbon consistency. Now add Ginger garlic paste, salt. Mix it well.
* Step 3
Now add sugar (accordingly the tanginess of curd in Semolina). Add chopped green chillies, Chopped coriandor leaves.
* Step 4
Put hot water in a steamer on Medium flame. Grease the Dhokla plate. Take half batter in a bowl add ENO mix it and pour in the greased plate.
* Step 5
Sprinkle cumin seeds, red chilli powder, black pepper powder. Put the plate in the steamer. Close the lid and steam it for 10-15 min. Check itwith toothpick.
* Step 6
Same way make another plate too. Take out from the steamer. Let it cool down. Cut it into pieces. Sprinkle some coriandor and drizzle peanut oil.
* Step 7
Peanut oil give amazing taste. No need to temper the Dhokla just serve as it is.
