Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak green Moong for at least 5 to 6 hours. Drain the excess water and keep this in muslin cloth and keep it warm place. It will take a day for the sprouts.

* Step 2

Take a bowl add sprouts. Put onions and tomatoes.

* Step 3

Add all masalas.. and lemon. And sev and coriander leaves

* Step 4

Mix well. Serve immediately otherwise sev will become soggy.
