Cooking instructions

* Step 2
Chopped the garlic, onion and chili
* Step 3
Deep fried the pork until it’s 70% done. Put aside for a while and deep fried again until it’s almost well done)
* Step 4
Fried garlic, onion, chili and spring onion, until it’s turns gold in color
* Step 5
Put back the pork and keep stir frying.
