* Step 1

Place turkey parts in a large stock pot, season with salt & pepper and water and vegetables, reason with salt & pepper, add herbs

* Step 2

Cook on medium high, bring to boil. Turn down heat to simmer cook about 1hr - 1hr 30 min.
