I found some beautiful spinach at the greengrocer and I started craving pasta with them... this is what came out.

* Step 1
Wash the spinach very well, cut them in small pieces
* Step 2
Fry the garlic in a bit of olive oil.
* Step 3
Take the sausage out of its casing, so that you can break it apart in small pieces in the pan. Add the 🌶️ and the cumin. Cook until slightly browned.
* Step 4
After the sausage is browned, add the spinach. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until the spinach is wilted.
* Step 5
Switch the fire off. Add the labneh and mix. Add the pasta! Serve!
