* Step 1
Make cake mix according to box. Divide in half.
* Step 2
Cook 1/2 cake batter at 350 for 15 mins. Let cool.
* Step 3
Melt caramel, butter, and milk.
* Step 4
Pour over cooked cake.
* Step 5
Add chocolate chips over caramel
* Step 6
Pour rest of cake batter over chocolate chips
* Step 7
Bake 350 for 30 mins
* Step 8
Let cool and serve with cool whip on top.
