Talipia With Orange, Avocado, Onions, Yellow Peppers And Jalepenos

Talipia With Orange, Avocado, Onions, Yellow Peppers And Jalepenos

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sautee chopped onions and yellow pepper in olive oil until tender. Set aside.

* Step 2

Peel avocado and cut into small cubes. Set aside.

* Step 3

Cut jalepenos into small pieces. Set aside.

* Step 4

Peel orange and cut it into small pieces. Set aside.

* Step 5

Pan grill talipia filet in same skillet used to sautéed. Add orange pieces to same pan. while cooking.

* Step 6

Add part of the onions and peppers back into the skillet.

* Step 7

Cook filet on medium heat until done. Approximately 10-15 minutes.

* Step 8

Serve filet on plate, and top with orange, onion, peppers, adding acovado and jalepenos to taste.

* Step 9

Serve your favorite green veggie. I used steamed Brussel sprouts.

* Step 10

I made banana cinnamon bread in my bread maker and served thick slices with butter.
