Strawberry Rubharb!
best strawberry Rubharb pie ever. you can change it up to blueberry, use a bit more cornstarch and use almond instead of vanilla, and orange instead of lemon

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
prepare pie crust. save half for top!
* Step 2
preheat oven to 450°F (425 for you flatlanders)
* Step 3
slice strawberries and chop Rubharb
* Step 4
mix sugar, flour, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon into strawberry and Rubharb mixture.
* Step 5
squeeze lemon half into mixture and add 1/2 tsp zest. mix until well combined and sugar mix looks like delicious lava
* Step 6
pour into crust and dot with butter
* Step 7
cover with other half of crust and brush with egg white wash, sprinkle with bakers sugar crystals because awesome.
* Step 8
bake at 450 for 15min, reduce to 400 (375 low alt) and bake another 45min or so.
